Dr. Margaret Ravits

 
 
Dr. Margaret Ravits is a caring, experienced, board-certified dermatologist who treats patients of all ages. She has received many awards for her expertise as a dermatologist. Dr. Ravits has been quoted as a dermatology expert in the media and peer-reviewed publications.

Along with her private practice, Dr. Ravits is a Senior Attending at Hackensack University Medical Center where she previously served as the Chief of the Division of Dermatology for twenty-two years. She is a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at NY-Presbyterian Hospital where she devotes her time each week to supervising the dermatology residents who treat patients in the clinic. She was honored to be voted Teacher of the Year four times by the dermatology residents.

 
Dr. Ravits graduated from Goucher College in Towson, Maryland where she was elected to the National Chemistry Honor Society (John Hopkins Chapter). Dr. Ravits obtained her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital in Staten Island, New York, where she would later serve as the Associate Chief of Dermatology. In addition, Dr. Ravits completed a fellowship in dermatology at NY-Presbyterian Hospital in New York.

Dr. Ravits is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the North Jersey Dermatological Society, Bergen County Medical Society, the Skin Cancer Foundation, the National Psoriasis Foundation, and the National Rosacea Society. In her free time, Dr. Ravits enjoys biking, working out at the gym, taking photos, travelling, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Kimberly Ruhl

 
 
Dr. Kimberly Ruhl is an experienced, board-certified dermatologist who provides general dermatology treatments to pediatric and adult patients.

Dr. Ruhl graduated magna cum laude with high honors in biochemistry from Dartmouth College. She received an M.D. degree from Jefferson Medical College and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Dr. Ruhl completed her internship in internal medicine at Yale University and residency training in dermatology at New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical College. She served as chief resident during her final year of training.
 
 
Dr. Ruhl resides in Montclair, N.J. with her husband and two children. She enjoys skiing, scuba diving, sailing, and participating in her children's extracurricular activities.
 

Dr. Shilpa Agarwal

 
 
Dr. Shilpa Agarwal is a compassionate, board-certified dermatologist who provides general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology treatments. Dr. Agarwal offers an extensive array of natural looking, antiaging cosmetic procedures including chemical peels, Botox injections, and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero). She is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive and individualized care for every one of her patients. She offers daytime and evening appointments each week.

Dr. Agarwal graduated magna cum laude from the prestigious B.S./M.D. program at the George Washington University School of Medicine. She was a member of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society at George Washington University. While in medical school, she was awarded the Walter F. Rosenberg Award in Dermatology, and she participated in the Gill Summer Research Fellowship. Following medical school, Dr. Agarwal stayed at the George Washington University Hospital for her internship year in internal medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in New Jersey, serving as the chief resident during her last year. Dr. Agarwal has published several peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. In her free time, Dr. Agarwal loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and running.
 
 

Dr. Carmen J. Garcia

 
 
Dr. Carmen J. Garcia is an experienced, board-certified billingual dermatologist (Spanish/English) who provides general dermatology treatments.
Dr. Garcia graduated Summa Cum Laude from Douglass College and received her medical degree from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. She is an inductee of the Phi Beta Kappa National Honors Society. Dr. Garcia completed her internal medicine residency and subsequently attended the dermatology residency program at Columbia University and St. Luke's Hospital in New York, where she later became the chief resident. She is board certified in both internal medicine and dermatology.
 
Dr. Garcia is an Associate Attending at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack and Valley Hospital in Ridgewood.
 

Dr. Alice C. Cardullo

 
 
Dr. Alice C. Cardullo is a board-certified dermatologist with many years of experience. She graduated from Barnard College and the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Cardullo completed a residency in dermatology at the N.Y. Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia University. She is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
 
 

Dr. Vitaly Terushkin

 
 
Dr. Vitaly Terushkin is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist and a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. He is a Clinical Instructor in Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. He graduated summa cum laude from Brandeis University and subsequently attended New York University (NYU) School of Medicine. During medical school, he spent a year conducting clinical research in cutaneous oncology at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Upon graduation, he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and received the Marion B. Sulzberger Award for Excellence in Dermatology. After completing an internship in internal medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, he returned to NYU for his dermatology training where he served as a Chief Resident during his final year. Upon completing his residency, Dr. Terushkin sought additional specialized training and completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology under the guidance of Drs. Zitelli and Brodland in Pittsburgh, PA. Afterwards, he completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at NYU, making him one of a few dermatologists in the country to be fellowship-trained in both Mohs surgery and dermatopathology. Dr. Terushkin has authored multiple articles on cutaneous oncology and laser surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the American College of Mohs Surgery, and the American Society of Dermatopathology. He is fluent in Russian and conversational in Spanish.
