Dr. Margaret Ravits

Dr. Margaret Ravits is an experienced, board-certified dermatologist who treats patients of all ages in our Hackensack and Paramus offices. She has received many awards for her expertise as a dermatologist. Dr. Ravits has been quoted as a dermatology expert in the media and peer-reviewed publications.
Along with her private practice, Dr. Ravits is a Senior Attending at Hackensack University Medical Center where she previously served as the Chief of the Division of Dermatology for twenty-two years. She is a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at NY-Presbyterian Hospital where she devotes her time each week to supervising the dermatology residents who treat patients in the clinic. She was honored to be voted Teacher of the Year five times by the dermatology residents.
Dr. Ravits graduated from Goucher College in Towson, Maryland where she was elected to the National Chemistry Honor Society (John Hopkins Chapter). Dr. Ravits obtained her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital in Staten Island, New York, where she would later serve as the Associate Chief of Dermatology. In addition, Dr. Ravits completed a fellowship in dermatology at NY-Presbyterian Hospital in New York. Dr. Ravits is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Dermatological Society of New Jersey.

Dr. Kimberly Ruhl

Dr. Kimberly Ruhl is an experienced, board-certified dermatologist who provides dermatology treatments to patients of all ages in our Hackensack office.
Dr. Ruhl graduated magna cum laude with high honors in biochemistry from Dartmouth College. She received an M.D. degree from Jefferson Medical College and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Dr. Ruhl completed her internship in internal medicine at Yale University and residency training in dermatology at New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical College. She served as chief resident during her final year of training.
Dr. Ruhl lives with her husband in Montclair where they raised their two children. She enjoys skiing, scuba diving, sailing, travelling, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Alice C. Cardullo
Dr. Alice C. Cardullo is a board-certified dermatologist with many years of experience treating patients of all ages. She treats patients for many conditions including acne, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss, and more. Dr. Cardullo works in our Paramus office on Mondays and offers telehealth appointments on other days.
Dr. Cardullo is an Assistant Attending in the dermatology department at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and an Assistant Clinical Professor at Columbia University. Dr. Cardullo graduated from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine where she completed an internship and residency in pediatrics. After completing her training in pediatrics, she did a fellowship in environmental dermatology and then completed a residency in dermatology at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia University. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Academy of Pediatrics and also a member of the Dermatological Society of New Jersey.
Elizabeth Walsh, PA-C
Elizabeth Walsh, PA-C is a compassionate and experienced PA who treats patients of all ages in our Hackensack office. She has extensive experience in dermatologic surgery including excision of moles, skin cancers, precancerous lesions, and tumors. Elizabeth is also affiliated with Valley Hospital in NJ. Elizabeth graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies and from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating with honors. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She is a warm, friendly, and caring Physician Assistant and is also a mother of three children. Elizabeth is an avid marathon runner and completed both the NYC Marathon and the Boston Marathon. She enjoys running and is also a running coach in her free time.
Dr. David A. Hashemi
Dr. David A. Hashemi is a double board-certified Mohs Surgeon and dermatologist with dual fellowship training under both the ACMS and the ASDS. He completed residency at the Harvard Combined/Massachusetts General program after completing internship training at Memorial Sloan Kettering. He also completed advanced fellowship training at a renowned private practice in NYC which included extensive experience training with their plastic surgeons on complex Mohs repairs.
He is dedicated to advancing the field, with over 50 publications and presentations. In addition to his medical training, he holds an MBA degree from Stanford University, a post-baccalaureate pre-medical certificate from Johns Hopkins University, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in economics from the University of Chicago.
